We are seeking 10 Corporate Members to join our Woods & Water membership providing access and utilization of the Anglers Envy fleet of boats and fishing guides as well as the access and utilization of 3,250 acres with the Hunters Envy team offering everything woods with a variety of hunts: quail, whitetail, turkey, duck, wild boar, bow fishing, and alligator to name a few.

What Is Included?
Up to 12 Days On The Boats
Includes guided offshore, nearshore, and flats fishing.
Up to 25 Days At The Ranch
Includes all guided hunting for wild boar, whitetail deer, Osceola Turkey, and alligators; also includes eco tours, use of gun range, and lodging with meals as an option.
If you wanted to do this on your own without Anglers Envy and Hunters Envy, here is the cost that you would expect.
$10,000,000.00 in Assets (land, boats, UTVs, e-bikes, tractors, machinery, lodging, and more.
$900,000.00 annual maintenance expenses.
$400,000.00 annual operating expenses (fluctuates based on usage).

COMMON MEMBER:
- Initiation Fee: $75,000.00
- Annual Dues: $100,000.00

Assets are owned independently to ensure continuity, protection, and operational excellence.

Membership is by invitation only and includes a personal introduction, private discussion, optional curated experience, and formal invitation.
